I am an Executive and Leadership Development Coach based in Europe. I was born in South Africa and after living and working in 6 different countries, including Australia for 11 years, I ended up happily on the island Hvar in the Adriatic.

I work with people who are going through personal and professional transitions, experienced or new leaders, people trying to find their purpose and joy or regaining balance in their careers and life. I also coach teams to improve their collaboration and cohesion.

I have lived and worked in 7 countries and I have 20 years experience leading teams from operations, governance through to sales delivering revenue. I am a true generalist and worked across many different sectors including banking, telecommunication, consulting, oil and gas and construction.

Now as a full time coach with more than 1,500 hours’ experience, I love working with result-focused people who want to take action to improve their own situation, get clarity on and reach their goals, become better leaders or lift the performance and engagement of their teams.
