Sophie is an Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer who is passionate about making people grow. She partners with senior and emerging leaders to speed up and refine their leadership development. She has global experience of both B2B and B2C, leading large teams.

She was a C-level Global Communications Director within Inter IKEA for 13 years, based in the global headquarters in the Netherlands and Sweden. Member of several Management Teams, she managed periods of both organic growth and downsizing, mergers and re-organizations. Before joining IKEA, she worked in various leadership roles at Electrolux and Husqvarna.

Sophie has in her different roles experienced the added value of coaching in the successful development of individuals, teams, and organizations.

Her coaching approach typically begins with establishing a foundation for each client in clarifying their values as well as creating a vision. She combines this insight with her clients’ strengths and skills to support them in finding solutions. She focuses on identifying and changing limiting beliefs that hinders her clients from getting to their next level of growth.

Sophie has a MSc in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. She has lived, worked and travelled in over 40 countries. In her free time, Sophie enjoys playing tennis, watching her children play basketball, mentoring, and working as a volunteer.

She calls Malmö, Sweden home since 2017.
