With over a decade of experience in executive coaching, leadership development programs, and effective team management, Grant is an expert in his field and in high demand. As Head Coach for Programs at the prestigious Stockholm School of Economics, he leads impactful leadership programs, including the Stockholm EMBA Leadership, the Professional Pathfinder Coaching for the MSc. in Finance, and SSE Business Lab (Start-up Incubator & Accelerator) – Exponential Scale Up Leadership Program.
In addition to his leadership roles at The Roll and Paragon, Grant is also the CEO of Flyt, a revolutionary data-driven coaching SaaS. He leads a team of 11+ in operations, 20+ leadership consultants and partners, with a global network of 120+ international leadership consultants, helping businesses and individuals realize their full potential.
Through his personal experience coaching 350+ clients from 50+ countries across 15+ industries, Grant has honed his skills to perfection. His most recent evaluation from 20 surveyed leaders in an 18-month leadership development coaching program was a whopping 9.55 out of 10.
